We don't send strangers with cameras to interview your loved one. Many people don't want to appear on camera, for many reasons. Cameras and lights and strangers can feel incredibly intrusive. Your loved one could be unwell, in pain, or not confident in their appearance, and might not wish to be remembered that way. Or they just may not want to discuss deeply meaningful topics in the presence of a stranger in an interview setting.
